With Kathi Lackner, The Smallest Gallery, Graz, 2012

The Smallest Gallery was a window space next to a cafe near the main river in Graz. We built a machine to fill the window with fog, and another machine to rotate a several feathers behind the glass, so that they would brush against the window. The whole system was on a timer, so sometimes the whole ghastly, dripping assemblage would be motionless, on show. And other times there was perfect box of fog, with feathers brushing against the glass from the inside.
